Volcanoes Safaris Update on Ebola in West Africa 4 August 2014

In recent days there have been reports of the outbreak of Ebola in the West African Countries of Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. The governments of the countries, the World Health Organisation, the Centres for Disease Control and the US government are taking a series of actions to tackle the disease. The areas affected are some three thousand miles from Uganda and Rwanda. No cases of Ebola have currently been reported in Uganda, Rwanda or other East African countries.

Travel to Uganda and Rwanda is proceeding normally and guests are proceeding with their safaris as planned to all areas.

Volcanoes Safaris is monitoring the situation. We will inform guests/agents of any developments.
