In May 2018, the team at Volcanoes Safaris participated on a 2-weeks long training session. The training, headed by Philippe Krenzer, a leading consultant on Hospitality who has been an adviser for Volcanoes Safaris for ten years, and Jean Marc Seguin-Miniaou, covered many aspects of Volcanoes Safaris guest’s experience and service and the entire operations, lodges and office teams took part in it.
