Phiona was born and raised in Kampala, Uganda. She has worked in hospitality for the last seven years, and started with Volcanoes Safaris as a butler. She loves adventuring and meeting new people from different backgrounds. Phiona’s favourite bird is a pin-tailed whydah.
Francis was born and raised in North Western Uganda. He started in the hospitality industry eight years ago and worked as a professional Bartender at Bwindi Bar. Francis joined VS as a butler at Kyambura Gorge Lodge and is now Assistant Manager at Mount Gahinga Lodge.
