Bwindi Lodge
The freshly refurbished Bwindi Lodge in Uganda run by Volcanoes Safaris is a safari-lovers dream. Overlooking the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, which is well-known for its silverback gorilla population, Bwindi Lodge is a luxury lodge with just eight inviting thatch-roofed ‘bandas’ (guest rooms), each with four-poster beds, stylish furnishings, and dramatic canopy views thanks to windows that open wide to the park. Each banda is named after a Bwindi gorilla and comes with a personal butler.
