Jean Paul Niyitanga joined Volcanoes Safaris in 2023 as Construction Supervisor at Virunga Lodge, overseeing construction and maintenance works.
Jean Paul was born and raised in Kanyirarebe, Burera District, Rwanda. He graduated from IPRC Kigali with a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering.
Outside work, Jean Paul enjoys reading science books and encyclopaedias, and does daily calisthenics to build strength, flexibility, and endurance.
