Pauline joined Volcanoes Safaris in 2023 as Assistant Manager and Butler at Bwindi Lodge and became the Lodge Hospitality Manager in 2026. She was born in Kampala, Uganda, and holds a Diploma in Business Administration from Namasuba College of Commerce. She has a natural ability to make people feel welcome and is inspired by creating memorable experiences for guests, seeing her team succeed, and learning about different cultures.
