Shannon joined Volcanoes Safaris in Rwanda in 2013 and became Manager Rwanda in 2016. She became General Manager of Volcanoes Safaris Rwanda and Uganda in 2026.
Shannon grew up in Nairobi, Kenya. She is a certified accountant with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an MBA and enjoys using numbers to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
