Sylvia was born and raised in Hoima District, Uganda. She has around five years of experience in the hospitality industry. She joined Volcanoes Safaris in April 2026 as a butler at Bwindi Lodge, before moving to Kyambura Gorge Lodge. She has now taken on her current role as Assistant Manager at Mount Gahinga Lodge.
Sylvia enjoys learning and discovering new cultures and is passionate about creating a warm and memorable experience for guests. In her free time, Sylvia enjoys reading.
