A Gorilla Story told by David Attenborough

A Gorilla Story, narrated by David Attenborough, has just been released on Netflix, showcasing the remarkable history of the Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund and the Pablo group.
“This intimate new documentary is a remarkable gem. It shows the original footage of Sir David Attenborough’s first encounter with the baby gorilla Pablo in the Rwandese gorilla park in 1978, who grew up to be the head of his family and charts how Pablo’s direct descendants are thriving today in the mountains of Rwanda almost 50 years later.
“It is not only a scientifically important work in helping understand the lives of the different gorilla families in Rwanda but an intense and dramatic story of the personal relationships between the gorillas, reminiscent of an extended human family.
