- Overall management of the kitchen team
- Implement and maintain company standards for menus, recipes, and guest dining experience
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
- Responsibility for training for kitchen staff
- Ensure supplies and stock are correctly maintained at all times
- Previous experience of high-end restaurant or hotel preferred
- Candidate must be hardworking and a team player with excellent attention to detail
