- Responsible for preparing pastry dishes and baking in the kitchen
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed at all times
- Ensure company standards for menus, recipes, and guest dining experience are followed
- Reporting to the head chef or assistant head chef
- Previous experience of high-end restaurant or hotel preferred
- Candidate must be hardworking and a team player with excellent attention to detail
