Wedding Day at Virunga Lodge

Volcanoes Safaris is happy to share the romantic story of Victoria and Ross, who recently got married in the stunning setting of Volcanoes Virunga Lodge. Volcanoes were delighted to accommodate their families and closest friends at the Lodge to help celebrate their special day. The ceremony commenced with a preformance from the Lodges Intore drummers before Ross and Victoria exchanged their vows overlooking the stunning Virunga volcanoes and shimmering lakes Ruhndo and Bulera. Staff at the lodge were delighted to help the guests celebrate into the night with delicious food and music. Ross commented: “We stayed at the lodge last year and were so touched by the experience that we decided to take 14 of our closest friends and family there for our wedding. You might think that arranging a wedding from South Africa in 4 months would be tricky but we received such excellent service from Boniface that our trip ran like clockwork from start to finish “ “The staff at the lodge give without a doubt the best service we have ever received. They have incredible attention to detail, are friendly, knowledgeable, polite and go the extra mile.
