Immaculate Nabasa was born and raised in Rubirizi district, near Kyambura Gorge Lodge. She joined Volcanoes Safaris Partnership Trust in 2022 as a trainee in the Kyambura Youth Training Program. Following her training, she was offered a full-time role as a Volcanoes Safaris Partnership Trust wildlife guide.
In 2022, Immaculate participated in the three months large carnivores in the Queen Elizabeth Conservation Area. She is now part of the Kyambura Lion Monitoring Team.
During Immaculate’s downtime, she enjoys listening to music and going on adventures.
